BURLINGTON, NC: On Monday, January 16, 2017, the Alamance NAACP will sponsor a Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday March. Participants will begin gathering for the rally at 10:30 am, at the Occasions parking lot, at 286 E Front St, Burlington, North Carolina. This event follows the MLK Coalition of Alamance County Martin Luther King Jr. Annual Breakfast, also at Occasions.

The march will begin at 11:00 a.m and end around 12:00 pm, in 2.5 miles, at the North Park/Mayco Bigelow Community Center, at 849 Sharpe Road, Burlington, NC. Transportation will be available from Occasions to North Park, as well as back to Occasions. This event is free and open to the public.
