The banquet is our way of recognizing persons within the community who have made noteworthy contributions toward civil rights. The dinner raises funds for the Branch to implement effective local and National NAACP civil rights programs with focus in the areas of civic engagement, economic sustainability, education, health, public safety, criminal justice and youth work.
To that end, we also invite you to support this event by becoming a sponsor, purchasing an ad in our souvenir journal and/or sponsoring a table of eight. Enclosed are the levels of sponsorship opportunities and specifications for advertising in our commemorative banquet souvenir journal.
The deadline to submit your ad is June 12, 2017.
Thank you in advance for your participation and support.
You can also purchase tickets and/or make a donation at our June General Membership Meeting, at 4pm on June 17th in the Burlington Masjid.
Contributions to reserve a ticket are non-refundable. Contributions, donations or gifts to this NAACP Unit are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.
